We require this information to register competitors for the PKC we organise, and in particular for the following reasons:

- Only competitors names or hometowns (if supplied) will be used on our website or on social media
- Competitors are sent a free sms text message reminding them their event is on and to confirm attendance

No information is ever distributed to third parties. Third parties only have access to the material that appear on our website, which are competitor names or their hometown.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, any information that is collected is stored securely on our website providers servers and transferred onto a password protected spreadsheet.
